Gloom in Space is a standalone card game that brings the dark humor of the original Gloom series into a sci-fi setting. Players assemble a crew of spacefaring misfits—such as The Captain, The Android, and The Dark Lord—and aim to make their characters as miserable as possible before subjecting them to untimely deaths. The game features transparent cards that stack to modify characters' self-worth scores, with the goal of having the lowest total score when the game ends. It supports 2–5 players and has an average playtime of 60 minutes.
