Codenames is a widely acclaimed word-association party game designed by Vlaada Chvátil and published by Czech Games Edition in 2015. In this game, players split into two teams, each with a "spymaster" who provides one-word clues to help their teammates identify specific words on a 5x5 grid, representing secret agents. The objective is to correctly guess all of your team's words while avoiding the assassin word, which ends the game immediately if selected.
